We don't tie the solution to a single tool
Where rules and ordinary code are enough, we use them. We bring in AI where it helps to work with text, speech or non-uniform information.
Practical experience in construction and design. We develop software that takes the real work of a company into account.
Starting work
with programming,
automation and AI.
The founder of StroyDesk ran their own design firm. They know from the inside where the time goes: searching for tenders and reviewing documentation, cost estimates from specifications, commercial proposals and contracts drawn up almost identically again and again, and calls that nobody is free to answer — keeping a secretary just for calls isn't cost-effective.
Since 2023 this experience has grown into programming and automation. StroyDesk brings artificial intelligence into the work of construction, design and engineering companies so that routine tasks are done faster and with less labor.
That's why the conversation starts with how the work is organized: who receives a document, what they check, where they transfer the data and what happens when there is an error.
"If you had a magic wand and could solve any problem with one wave — yours or your employee's — what would that problem be?"
This question is where the conversation begins. Ready-made products are a starting point, and the most valuable thing is a narrow task that only you know about. We start with one task, agree on the signs of a result and test it on your data.
We choose one process, the source data and the criteria for the result.
We run the solution on your data and work through the exceptions.
We set up integrations, migrate your data and train your team.
By agreement, we support the system and add new scenarios.
Where rules and ordinary code are enough, we use them. We bring in AI where it helps to work with text, speech or non-uniform information.
We define what is done automatically, which cases require review and who makes the final decision.
We assess integration options before suggesting that you replace a program you are used to.
One successful example is not a finished implementation. Acceptance includes typical errors, incomplete data and recovery after failures.
Tell us what you want to implement. You can start with a product name or a single example from your work.
